We were delighted to welcome the English-Ghanaian writer Efua Mills-Robertson and the Ghanaian illustrator Nab Mills who also run Fridays Child Publishing together, to the Future Leaders School this month.
They enchanted the young students in Basic 4 class with captivating stories and demonstrated the magic behind the illustrations in their books.
We are so excited that in partnership with Fridays Child Publishing we are launching a writing competition for all the children at the school. The children will be invited to write a story along the theme of “Adventure, explore what’s outside..”
Efua will select the winning story which will be brought to life as a published book, and every child will receive a copy at a planned book launch. We can’t wait!
