HOW WE ACHIEVE OUR OBJECTIVE

• By providing sports & PE coaching sessions, run by qualified coaches in all the schools in Ghana, including pre and after-school clubs and a small netball and football academy in Tema. Donated kit from UK football clubs and schools are distributed to the children in our schools and the wider community.
• We take sports and PE for granted, but the schools we work with do not have the resources to provide this and all the schools have seen an increase in attendance since becoming our partner schools.
• Direct funding to ensure long-term sustainability for the Future Leaders School in Accra which has no government funding and provides education for children who may otherwise not be in school. This includes a contribution towards food, transport, teacher salaries and general running costs.
• A direct Scholarship Programme, supported by individual donors, at the Future Leaders School for the children in most need. 
• Refurbishment projects at the schools as funds allow, including building libraries, toilet blocks, general maintenance and upkeep.
• We offer a volunteer experience of a lifetime for individuals, schools, colleges or corporate groups to travel to Ghana to work on the projects at our partner schools.
