On Wednesday 18th May 2022 Aviance Ghana picked a special way to come on board as Corporate Donors for Futurestars by welcoming a selection of children from our schools to their premises at Kotoka Internationa Airport, Accra including the airport and the VIP Adinkra lounge.
Aviance have joined Futurestars as part of their corporate social responsibility programme and they worked hard to give the children a feel of the operations of the company at the airport. The children experienced activities at the cargo warehouse, visited the operations control centre to learn about the aviation industry, and were educated on the operations of Aviance Ghana Limited in Accra.
The visit ended at the Adinkra Lounge where the children experienced the full VIP treatment in the luxurious seats of the lounge and were served lunch and drinks whiles enjoying viewing various airplanes land and take-off – including the afternoon Emirates and Ethiopian Airways flights.
The Managing Director of Aviance commented: “It was a great day for all of us, we really enjoyed hosting the event. The children were amazing and in awe of what we do. All the managers agreed it was a very humbling and grounding experience to spend time with the children.”
