We were delighted to welcome Ralph & Lewis Burrows, the sons of Christon Burrows owner of P1 Capital, who are friends and donors. Both boys threw themselves into life in Ghana as they spent 10 days learning how Futurestars supports the local schools and children.
Our volunteers helped in the classrooms at the Future Leaders School and outside with PE lessons for different age groups. They also visited two of our partner schools in Tema and the girls’ after-school football session at the Tema Stadium.
They came equipped with lots of donated sports kit and boots which they handed out to the children at school. We are unsure who enjoyed the visit more, the children or Ralph and Lewis but you are welcome back anytime!
