Teachers in our schools are navigating increasing challenges—large class sizes, limited resources, and the need to support diverse learners while delivering high-quality education.
Through our partnership with OneSeed, 20 teachers from the Future Leaders School, recently took part in a targeted teacher development session. The training focused on classroom management, student engagement, effective teaching strategies, and integrating ICT into daily lessons.
This partnership, formalised in 2025, reflects a shared commitment to long-term teacher growth. OneSeed’s support extends well beyond a single workshop. Over the next 12 months, OneSeed representatives will work closely with teachers through:

An ICT trainer from OneSeed is also supporting teachers to confidently use technology in their classrooms, enhancing both teaching delivery and student learning experiences.
