Our intrepid Chairman & Trustee Gary Miller is setting out on a gruelling seven day hiking trip covering around 26km a day in the rugged beauty of the Cami De Cavalls in Menorca.
At 57, Gary has been preparing hard and will be joined by his 14-year-old son Joshua (who will be setting the pace!) and Ben, an experienced personal trainer and all-round fitness expert.
Gary commented: “The team will head off on Saturday June 29th for an unforgettable adventure. The Cami De Cavalls is a renowned circular route encircling Menorca’s picturesque island, and offers breathtaking landscapes and a rich cultural heritage. Spanning 185 kilometres and boasting an elevation gain of 3,072 meters, with each step, we will embrace the physical and mental challenges that come our way, knowing that every uphill climb will be rewarded with a spectacular view. As we embark on this exhilarating journey, we extend a heartfelt invitation for you to join us. Your support and encouragement will fuel our determination as we venture into the unknown. Follow our progress, share in our triumphs and challenges, and be part of our story as we conquer the Cami De Cavalls.”
All funds raised will go directly to support our projects in Ghana, YOU CAN DONATE HERE
Thank you for joining us on our adventure!
